Comparing two grinding process ,the advantages of a grinding process are that:(1)it has lower investment and a small number of grading machine (2)it has simple adjustment and production operation easily.(3) it doesn’t have intermediate in sections between the transport, multi-mill series can be set at the same level and the device configuration is simple. It is not affect another mill work if the part mill or grading machine suspension of work. The work stoppage loss is small. 3) The larger equipment can be installed on each series. Main shaft lubrication uses grease, which is convenient and clean and prevents heavy metal pollution.This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control ) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scaleboard.
