The Design of the Energy-saving Lime Rotary Kiln

The Rotary Kiln Skin will drop because the actual temprature is higher than its proper solidification temprature. Sometimes it drops togather with the firebrick due to uneven heating. The reasons for this phenomenon are:
  
1. The feed ingredient and feed quality are unstable which leads to the unstable rotary kiln temprature. If the run-in material is easy to burn,the temprature will be high; if not, the temprature will be low. If there are many materials, the temprature will be low; if there is less, the redundant heat can’t be absorbed. Thus the temprature goes up and down suddenly, making the rotary kiln skin expand with heat and contract with cold. So the rotary kiln skin is uneven and easy to drop.
  
2. The incorrect operation procedure is mainly caused by the unproper adjustment of the flame shape. The drop of rotary kiln skin can be judged by examining the temprature of rotary kiln shell in the central control room. The normal temprature of the rotary kiln shell is around 200-300 degree. If the temprature is excessively high rotary kiln skin is likely to drop.
