The Lime Rotary Kiln's Designing

The design of rotary kiln shall abide by the followings:
  
1. To ensure the specifications of the rotary kiln, you should take the burning system output into consideration , some essential aspects such as fuel conditions , preheater, calciner and the Cooling machine configuration.
  
2. The length-diameter ratio between preheat devices and Pre decompose kiln will be 11-16.
  
3. The gradient of the preheater kiln and pre-coated decompose should be 3.5%-4%. As for the maximum speed ,the Pre decomposition kiln appropriate to 3.0-3.5 r/min:, the preheater kiln appropriate to 2.0-2.5 r/min .The speed adjustable range shall be 1~10.
  
4. The cooling measures of clinkering zone in Rotary kiln should be equiped with forced air cooling .
  
5. The clinkering zone in Rotary kiln should have the shell temperature testing measures. The main motor of Rotary kilns should adopt stepless speed-adjusting electromotor. And install auxiliary
  
transmission , Auxiliary transmission should have sub-power. The driving machines should have emergency power supply .Rotary kiln is refer to rotate calcination kiln, belongs to construction material equipment. Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials. Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. Metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcination, which is used for calcining of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcining of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for calcining of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant. Lime kiln are used for calcine dolomite and active lime which is used in steel plant and ferroalloy factory.
